Previous recruitment experience is not important to us but industry knowledge and a track record of sales experience is.

What we expect from you?
Consultants are responsible for interviewing candidates, maintaining and building relationships, and networking their contacts, as well as continually keeping up to date with current affairs and recent market news. We expect our consultants to provide the highest level of service to our clients and candidates, and understand their needs at all times. Our “Super Consultants” go beyond what is required and constantly aim to go over and above the targets they are set, in order to be successful and progress their career.
