As a the Supply Chain Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, facilitating and delivering business change (across many functional areas) in accordance with the Supply Chain programme to agreed quality, time, and cost levels. You will define and shape business requirements from supply chain into systems requirements to enable specification, selection and implementation of planning systems for merchandising and supply chain planning. 

There will be many key interfaces within this role including Head of Supply Chain Planning, Head of Merchandising, IT Project Managers as well as functional managers across the business. 

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the broad Supply Chain (from range selection to customer sales and returns/clearance), preferably in a related environment (e.g. retail, footwear, fashion, etc). You must have experience working on major projects (preferably involving ‘Business Transformation’) as well as experience of working with SCOR or similar standardised process models. Understanding of KPI’s and metrics are also important. 

You must possess strong interpersonal and communication, influencing and persuasion, relationship management and negotiation skills as well as being an expert in project management methods and planning tools.
