With up to 320 stores through out the UK, this company offers a smart and unique concept with in their stores and is in search for a skilled Store Manager and a Deputy Manager to open their new store in CambridgeTHE ROLE- You will be responsible for ensuring the daily running of the store, reporting to the Area Manager - You will ensure maximised profit through customer service standards, ensuring staff product knowledge to assist with sales- You will be accountable for the training and development of staff, and on occasion will be asked to recruit sales staff- You will ensure the productivity and motivation of your staff, ensuring store standards throughout- You will oversee store layouts and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting environment to increase footfall.- You will be a key holder for the store, opening and closing the store- You will also be responsible for the toll operations, cashing up and banking THE PERSONTo be suitable for this role, you need to be an experienced Store Manager with at least 3 years experience at this level. A proven track record of achievement, with KPI accountability is a MUST!
