They currently have an assistant Sales & Marketing Manager and a Sales & Marketing Manager who report into the Sales & Marketing Director, however they are more sales focused and they are looking for someone who is going to hit the ground running and really use their initiative within the Marketing team to make an instant impact. Someone who has experience working in property and can excel with content writing, in particular, is desirable.
Requirements for the job:
- A few years' experiences in a similar Marketing role in the Digital industry
- Strong content writing skills
- Social media management skills
- Photography skills desirable

- Great attention to detail
They are looking to bring in a Marketing Coordinator to manage all of the marketing for their 3 live developments, as well as the developments that are coming up in their pipeline. It is a really broad role, with a focus on content writing, social media and events. You will also be required to manage all of the external agencies that my client uses.
The role is based in London and they are offering a salary up to £27,000 depending on experience.
