About The Company...

Our client creates a bespoke and powerful technology & data platform which allows brands & retailers to deploy a fleet of instore interactive kiosks at retail to engage, research and monetize their store audience.

About The Role…

  • Optimise performance of direct acquisition marketing channels, across the full channel sphere of Paid Search, SEO, Email, Affiliates, Paid Social & Referral Programmes, in the UK.

  • Analyse and improve the web platform/journey/experience, and optimise the customer interface at all points to maximise conversion of new and existing members

  • Work with a range of stakeholders to develop propositions and deliver audience-led marketing and engagement strategies and campaigns.

  • Knowledge of how to use audience insights to increase awareness and engagement with priority audiences and achieve greater impact and reach.

  • Develop reports to track the individual market's Open-to-Buy (OTB) status, working closely with Finance, CEO and Head of Sales.

  • Commission audience/market research and analysis, and brand tracking activity ensuring that recommendations are shared and acted on internally.

  • Create the strategy and oversee all operations for Performance Marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, and CRM)

About You…

  • Demonstrable expertise of leading strategy and execution of multiple performance marketing channels.

  • Proven track record of driving significant growth through the deployment of a best in class testing Programme and workflow.

  • 5+ years' experience in a B2B led business, leading and delivering change.

  • Master's degree in Marketing.

  • Solid understanding of SEO best practice and content marketing strategy.

  • Experienced social and communications practitioner who has led large scale campaigns in house or as a lead on an agency team.

  • Results oriented; analytical approach to measurement and insights-driven. They will look to you to propose new ways of evaluating the effectiveness of what you do in social.

  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
