Job Title: TRADING MANAGER

Job Definition: To manage a trading area and its team to deliver an operating plan to meet or exceed targets through the effective leadership, development and deployment of the trading team

Duties:

  • Managing the merchandising, stock availability, profit protection, sales, profitability and customer service for a specific trading store
  • Communicating and implementing the operating plan for the trading store team to meet agreed targets
  • Managing and developing the trading team in line with Purpose and Values actively optimising employee engagement
  • Working closely with Stock Manager and Service Manager to ensure consistent stack availability and service standards

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years retail management experience
  • Experience of working in high volume retailing
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Proven track record of achievement in a retail environment
  • Proven track record in a customer focused environment
  • Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
  • PC Literacy
  • Profit and Loss experience
  • Commercial awareness

£20,000 - £24,000 + commission (OTE £30,000)
