Job Title: STORE MANAGER

Job Definition: Managing the store to maximize sales and profitability

Duties:

• Managing, training , motivating and developing the team
• Maintaining high levels of merchandising through out store
• Ensuring good inter department team communication at all times
• Work with management to generate market awareness
• Actively identify new ways of braining customers into your store 

Requirements:

• A strong back ground in home wares and fashion is a must
• Must of managed a turnover of £ 3 million +
• Be able to motivate your team of 20 staff
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Profit and Loss experience
• Good financial awareness

£26,000 - £30,000 + commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000 )
