Restaurant Manager

General Retail: Catering

JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT / GENERAL MANAGER

JOB DEFINITION: Responsibility for managing the business and all resources in line with guidelines and legislation to exceed customer expectations whilst maximising sales and profit and demonstrating our Company values

DUTIES:

  • Organise plan, and control all area’s of the business in the short and long term
  • To regularly review and monitor business performance in line with budgets and KPI targets
  • To select and appoint new team members when required
  • Coach review and develop the team
  • Achieve and control margins for food and drink
  • Control costs and expenditure through budgets
  • Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service and performance are delivered by all management and team members at all times
  • Ensure all brand standards are maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years retail management experience
  • Sales Driven
  • Customer Focused
  • Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
  • Proven Sales Track Record
  • Profit and Loss experience
  • Commercial awareness

£20,000 - £24,000 + commission (OTE £30,000)
