JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT / GENERAL MANAGER
JOB DEFINITION: Responsibility for managing the business and all resources in line with guidelines and legislation to exceed customer expectations whilst maximising sales and profit and demonstrating our Company values
DUTIES:
- Organise plan, and control all area’s of the business in the short and long term
- To regularly review and monitor business performance in line with budgets and KPI targets
- To select and appoint new team members when required
- Coach review and develop the team
- Achieve and control margins for food and drink
- Control costs and expenditure through budgets
- Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service and performance are delivered by all management and team members at all times
- Ensure all brand standards are maintained
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years retail management experience
- Sales Driven
- Customer Focused
- Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Profit and Loss experience
- Commercial awareness
£20,000 - £24,000 + commission (OTE £30,000)
