Job Title: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Definition: Controlling all aspects of commercial and operational management and development
Duties:
- Leading high level negotiations to secure key contracts and develop sound relations
- Managing large consortiums of businesses and projects ensuring good performance
- Full P & L responsibility for operations budget and the generation of additional revenue streams
- Spearheading the development of services and value within major client accounts
- Planning & implementing new processes to improve overall efficiency and reliability
- Reducing costs in existing areas whilst creating additional service offerings
- Managing operational effectiveness of multi-use and multi-location facilities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years retail management experience
- Sales Driven
- Customer Focused
- Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Profit and Loss experience
- Commercial awareness
£20,000 - £24,000 + commission (OTE £30,000)
