Job Title: NIGHT REPLENSIHMENT MANAGER

Job Definition: Responsibility for managing a Business and contributing to the Host Sore

Duties:

• Managing a team of Sales staff
• Merchandising the store in line with company standards and best practise
• Managing KPI’s
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the Concession
• Assisting the replenishment operation to ensure the store is fit to trade in line with company operational standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years retail management experience
• KPI Driven
• Customer Focused
• Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Profit and Loss experience
• Commercial awareness

£23,000 - £32,000 + Bonus (OTE £45,000)
