Job Title: HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER
Job Definition: Responsibility for the efficient management of the unit, driving sales and leading the team to success
Duties:
- Managing all aspects of the hotel
- Efficiently overseeing strategic planning, sales and marketing
- Handling budgeting and forecasting
- Instilling a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensuring staff are constantly tivated and enthusiastic
Requirements:
- Successful management experience in hospitality, retail or leisure
- Previous marketing experience and good budgeting skills
- An inspirational leader and motivator
- Excellent brand awareness and outstanding organisational skills
- The ability to build a strong rapport with guests
- A real desire to exceed expectations
£18,000 - £26,000 + Bonus potential 100% of the annual salary
