Job Title: HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Job Definition: Responsibility for the efficient management of the unit, driving sales and leading the team to success

Duties:

• Managing all aspects of the hotel
• Efficiently overseeing strategic planning, sales and marketing
• Handling budgeting and forecasting
• Instilling a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensuring staff are constantly tivated and enthusiastic

Requirements:

• Successful management experience in hospitality, retail or leisure
• Previous marketing experience and good budgeting skills
• An inspirational leader and motivator
• Excellent brand awareness and outstanding organisational skills
• The ability to build a strong rapport with guests
• A real desire to exceed expectations

£18,000 - £26,000 + Bonus potential 100% of the annual salary
