Job Title: STORE SUPERVISOR
Job Definition: To support the Store Management team in managing a highly effective team who represent the brand and deliver premium levels of customer service
Duties:
- Support the Store Management team in delivering store KPI’s, implementing actions to maximise sell out and profit opportunities.
- Drive the Sales floor operation to meet daily Store targets and ensure outstanding customer service is delivered.
- Adhere to the Retail Operations Manual at all times utilizing the Store Routines as appropriate
- Set and follow up daily objectives and provide on the job coaching to the team
- Ensure Sales Specialist team are aware of daily and weekly sales targets and current store performance
- Drive store replenishment through the direct management of the team
- Ensure company VM standards are delivered in order to drive commerciality
- Act as a sales ‘role model’ through the achievement of personal sales targets
- Deputise for Store Management team when required and take full responsibility for the store operation and team.
- Reflect the values of the brand with integrity and respect for others. Be seen as truthful, fair and trustworthy and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor within fashion retail
- Experience of working to sales and KPI targets and delivering results
- Commercial understanding of current trends
- Customer service focused attitude
- Leadership and motivational skills to achieve excellent results from the team
- Ability to act as a role model
- A committed, professional and flexible approach
£14,000 - £16,000 + Bonus + Benefits
