Job Title: STORE MANAGER

Job Definition: To operate a commercial and profitable store. Responsible for effective management of store operations and the store management team.

Duties:

• Achieve store profit and loss targets through the design and implementation of actions to maximise sell out and minimise loss
• Manage store processes and implement operational guidelines to achieve optimum profitably
• Ensure the store team adheres to the Retail Operations manual at all times
• Manage and coach the team to deliver operational excellence and premium levels of customer service. Use Performance Management and Development Process to set clear, achievable, measurable and timed objectives
• Focus and direct store team to ensure effective replenishment of product
• Ensure company VM standards are delivered in order to drive commerciality
• Recruit, select and induct high calibre team members that demonstrate the brand image and values
• Analyse commercial data and take appropriate actions to ensure store achieves key KPI’s
• Ensure commercial awareness of in-store team that inspires and generates a drive toward achievement of the store KPI’s
• Cascade collection/product knowledge to in-store team
• Build and maintain key relationships with all HQ functions. Deliver prompt, accurate and commercial feedback as required
• Reflect the values of the brand with integrity and respect for others. Be seen as truthful, fair and trustworthy and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the brand.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail
• Proven track record of success in delivering financial and KPI results
• Strong commercial understanding of fashion retail and trends
• Customer focused attitude
• Motivational and people development skills to achieve excellent results
• Profit and Loss experience
• A committed, professional and flexible approach

£25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits
