Job Title: SENIOR SALES ADVISOR

Job Definition: Supporting Branch Manager in achievement of store objectives, role model for sales team and ensuring high level of customer service

Duties:

• To deliver and drive excellent customer service
• Assist customers with purchases providing them with product knowledge
• Induction of new team members
• Supporting Branch management in achieving and exceeding KPI’s
• Assisting in all areas of store operations
• Delivery of stock processing
• Develop the team through sharing knowledge

• Commercial Skills

• Excellent time management, delegation and prioritising skills
