Job Title: REGIONAL MANAGER
Job Definition: Responsibility for having complete autonomy within all aspects of a Region
Duties:
- Managing stock takes for the region, co-ordinating with the distribution centre to ensure stock package is maintained and updated as well as monitoring stock loss
- Holding weekly conference calls with the region and leading monthly regional meetings
- Staff recruitment, training and development
- Managing a team of Staff members, Managers and Area Managers
- Accountable for the growth and development of the business, increasing sales and volume turnover
- Implementation of HR policies including investigative and disciplinary procedures
- Creating and implementing key management strategies ensuring the development and progression of the team measured by KPI’s
- Monitoring Trading performance of retail stores
- Liasing with head office on a daily basis to ensure that stock ranging and deliveries meet store requirements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Sales Driven
- Customer Focused
- Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
- Proven Sales Track Record
- Profit and Loss experience
- Commercial awareness
£40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
