Job Title: REGIONAL MANAGER

Job Definition: Responsibility for having complete autonomy within all aspects of a Region

Duties:

  • Managing stock takes for the region, co-ordinating with the distribution centre to ensure stock package is maintained and updated as well as monitoring stock loss
  • Holding weekly conference calls with the region and leading monthly regional meetings
  • Staff recruitment, training and development
  • Managing a team of Staff members, Managers and Area Managers
  • Accountable for the growth and development of the business, increasing sales and volume turnover
  • Implementation of HR policies including investigative and disciplinary procedures
  • Creating and implementing key management strategies ensuring the development and progression of the team measured by KPI’s
  • Monitoring Trading performance of retail stores
  • Liasing with head office on a daily basis to ensure that stock ranging and deliveries meet store requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Sales Driven
  • Customer Focused
  • Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
  • Proven Sales Track Record
  • Profit and Loss experience
  • Commercial awareness

£40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
