Job Title: DESIGNATE AREA MANAGER

Job Definition: Responsibility for managing a Business and contributing to the growth of the company

Duties:

• Managing a team of upto 150 staff
• Managing KPI’s
• Identifying training and development needs at all levels
• Adhering to all targets set by the company
• Conducting inventory counts
• Field based role
• Generating new business ideas

Requirements:

• Strong leader in performance management
• Ideally come from a strong retail background
• Good knowledge of stocktaking and merchandising
• Sales Driven
• Customer Focused
• Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Profit and Loss experience
• Commercial awareness

£25,000 - £27,000 + company bonuses
