Job Title: CONCESSION MANAGER – NON CLOTHING

Job Definition: Responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team.

Duties:

• Develop the business to drive sales including maximising the sales impact of promotions
• Meet sales and cost budgets
• Recruit, develop and retain a highly motivated driven team
• Deliver and motivate staff in excellent customer service at all times
• Meet operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards
• Commit to the Development programme and conduct weekly training with the team

Requirements:

• Sales focussed
• Motivated by retail environment
• Minimum 2 years retail experience
• Experience as a team leader
• Ability to problem solve
