Job Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Definition: Responsibility for the smooth running of a store in conjunction with the rest of the management team

Duties:

• Managing a team of Sales staff
• Managing KPI’s
• Ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the Store
• Adhering to all targets set by Head Office
• To maximise sales and profitability
• To comply with company policy and procedures as stipulated
• To assist in the control and management of store personnel as stipulated
• To maintain the brand name and image of the company
• To ensure your team offers a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• At least 1 years retail management experience
• Sales Driven
• Customer Focused
• Be able to motivate your team to achieve excellent results
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Demonstrates natural leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• Demonstrated capacity to motivate and lead a team
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop staff
• Evidence of visual merchandising/commercial awareness
