Job Title: ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Definition:
- Responsibility for liasing between supplier and client and managing the production process ensuring correct and on time deliveries are met
Duties:
- Co-ordinate and manage all processes from initial order through to delivery of product and dealing with any queries which may arise
- Point of contact for clients and factories and all queries
- Ensure all orders are processed in an efficient and accurate manner
- Liase with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and components are ordered correctly
- Maintain the flow of information between factories and clients
- Chase factories for trimmings and lab dips etc and send to clients for approval
- Sending garments, samples and trims to clients and keep the records up to date
- Ensure delivery schedules are met
- Increasing business with existing accounts
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Firm negotiation skills
- Highly organised
- Competency on Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Understanding of UK retailers and brands
