Job Title: ONLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Definition:

• Responsible for managing and developing a successful online marketing strategy that will deliver incremental sales across all product categories

Duties:

• Ensure the management of on-going marketing relationships with key suppliers to ensure that client expectations are effectively met.
• Responsible for preparing and developing reporting of e-marketing activities to feed into e-marketing strategy
• Working with marketing, product, content and other teams on maximising online presence
• Use and understand web analytics tool to maximise conversions onsite from online marketing activity and influence web design based on this information
• Work closely with the web team to optimise web analytics, reporting on all key areas where applicable: ROI, traffic generation, PPC & SEO
• Working with marketing teams to ensure that all online e-marketing activities are in keeping with the brand values and guidelines
• Liaise with web agency to develop required designs for e-mail, banner ads, landing pages on website were necessary
• Manage relationships with 3rd party online marketing partners

Requirements:

• Previous online marketing experience preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Previous experience of managing large scale online marketing campaigns
• Strong customer awareness , evaluating activity against identified customer needs and demonstrates commitment to the customer
• Excellent attention to detail and results driven Ability to work independently, thinking strategically for the business
• Previous experience of managing others, identifying opportunities to develop their skills and experience
• Strong analysis and numeric skills (must be confident with Excel package for reporting purposes)

Salary Scale - £30,000 - £40,000
