Job Title: SENIOR DESIGNER

Job Definition:

• Responsibility for designing garment ranges and managing accounts and junior members of staff where applicable

Duties:

• Working independently or alongside the other Designers
• Identifying and researching tends
• Producing colour palettes, mood boards, garment specification sheets
• Designing garment ranges
• Sourcing fabrics and trims
• Liasing with clients and attending client meetings
• Managing allocated client accounts
• Liasing with factories
• Overseeing and training junior and mid level Designers as and when required
• Reporting to senior managment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience
• BA (Hons) degree in Fashion Design
• CAD skills or strong fashion drawing skills
• Strong communication skills

£30,000 – £45,000
