Job Title: CAD DESIGNER

Job Definition:

• Responsibility for re-producing the Designer’s sketches in CAD format

Duties:

• Taking a Designer’s sketch and translating it into a CAD image for whatever capacity is required – i.e. design sheets to send to factories, design presentations to Buyers or Look Books

Requirements:

• Advanced level of CAD Design experience (must)
• Strong experience and input on all over and placement prints, embroidery, motifs, branding ideas and re-colouration
• Ability to demonstrate excellent drawing skills, with a keen eye for colour and trends
• Demonstrate a creative eye for product, with ability to drive the business forward
• Knowledge of Graphic packages – Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a must, (U4IA preferred)
• Passionate about fashion and the brand/client’s customer base
• Strong communication/influencing skills at all levels
• A methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritise when given deadlines
• Previous experience of working in a retail environment

£16,000 - £18,000
