Freedom Recruitment Limited is committed to the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction and hopes that candidates and clients are always satisfied with our service. We continually strive to exceed your expectations but if you feel that, for whatever reason, we have not met your expectations please tell us about it so that we can improve.
Complaints Procedure

Please provide as much information as possible, along with any dates or times, so that we can investigate.
Next steps
We will send you a letter or e-mail acknowledging your complaint and asking you to confirm or explain the details set out along with further instructions on the process that we will use to arrive at a solution. We will also let you know the name of the person who will be dealing with your complaint. You can expect to receive our letter or e-mail within 5 days of us receiving your complaint.
