The Brief
The Sting, Dutch fashion retailer with 75 stores in The Netherlands and a strong presence in Germany and Belgium, was opening their first UK flagship store in early 2010 in London and Freedom Recruitment was appointed to be their Recruitment Partner and help them source the best talent for their Management Team.
With the prestigious store location being the iconic Tower Records store on the corner of Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus with 33,875 sq ft of superbly redesigned selling space and 25 specialist brands within a shop-in-shop format our client was only interested in a Management Team that had the ability and calibre to deliver on the vision and of the store.
The Solution
Following a rigorous process of initial screening and further job vacancy advertising Freedom were happy to submit a short list of candidates that not only met the brief(s) but excelled in their abilities and all within extremely tight deadlines.

The Store successfully opened in July 2010 with all of the Management Team raring to go following extensive training at existing stores in the Netherlands and Germany.
